Return policy

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with the your Transparent kayak purchase, we honor a 30-day return policy on any resalable items. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We understand that ordering online can be worrisome, we want you to be confident in your purchase and make this a stress-free experience.

We will happily refund you for the full purchase price of your returned products. All we ask is that you send the products back in the original packaging and that the products are in the same condition as when you received them. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the date of purchase and make sure the products are in their original packaging.

Refund Process

To initiate a return/refund please contact us  with your full name and order number. Also, please include a brief description of why you are returning the product.

We'll issue a full refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected the product(s) and all included accessories. Please note that this refund will not include a reimbursement for shipping costs.

Missing Items

If you’re package is missing any items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. To let us know about missing items or accessories please reach out to us, or call us at Telephone number.

Damaged Products

If your order is damaged during shipping or in any other way, call us at Telephone number or contact us as soon as possible. We understand receiving a damaged item is a major bummer and we want to take care of you.

Shipping Costs

Our return policy does not include reimbursement for return shipping. However, you will be reimbursed for all of the original fulfillment costs to get the product to you.

Product Conditions for Refund

We will be unable to issue refunds for merchandise that has been marked, dirtied or otherwise damaged by the customer, or that is missing it's accessories. 1-Year Manufacturers Warranty

We offer a one year manufacturers warranty on all Transparent kayak products. Please register your warranty within 30 days of purchase.

Our aim is to provide customers with high quality sporting goods, but sometimes the unexpected happens. Our warranty promises all items shall be free from defects in material, workmanship and assembly, under normal use and in accordance with the specifications and warnings, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

All return shipping is covered under this warranty. Please simply reach out with your full name, order number and a brief description of the issue. One of our customer care executives will process your claim and issue an RMA# with return shipping label.

Please note, our limited warranty will only cover manufacturer defects.
